They are wonderful. They are prompt, very friendly and a pleasant company to deal with. They are just good people.

The guy was on time and didn't try to sell us extra stuff. They were professional and always put booty things on their feet. It was a straightforward job. They gave us a fair price. They came out quick and told us if they came out on Saturday it would be extra.

They were absolutely terrific. They are fabulous. They saved us a bundle. Our old technician told us that we had to replace the unit but they helped us. I can't say enough about them. They only charged us for them to come out which was only about $16-18. They told us that nothing was needed to be replaced and they told us that it had too much of Freon. They told us the whole system was under tremendous pressure and that's why it was shutting down and not because it was broken. I think the previous technician set it up to do that. The previous company told us that we needed a new unit and he put a part which was temporary. It wasn't something that should have been temporary. The guy from Extreme Climates let some of the gas out and checked everything and stayed to make sure everything was working. It has been working since and it is working better than it worked since the house was new. We had the previous technician come out for 8 years and so I can't say enough of good things about them. My son used them too and saved a bundle too. He took the time to sit in our very hot kitchen and give us an estimate on a whole new unit when we need one. Hopefully we won't need a new one for a while. They came when they said they were going to come and they responded very quickly. We would use them again for everything.

I called on a Wed morning and they said a technician would be available in about an hour. He arrived on time. After giving me the estimates he serviced the heat pump. He then left to get the new hot water heater and returned in less than an hour. About 2 hours later he was finished.

The company was recommended by a friend of my wife. The owner came to our home to perform the estimate. The process was quick and he provided a written estimate to include parts, labor, and warranty information in about 45min. There was no pressure at all to sign a contract that evening. We called back a few days later and they were able to get our new system installed later that same week. The installers were clean, professional, and considerate. The arrived on time and finished early. The owner came twice throughout the day to check on their progress. I've already had my first scheduled maintaince check and it was just a timely and professional as the installation process. Overall a great company and I've recommended them to all of my neighbors.

Found problems within 10 minutes, proceeded to doulble check other items for potential problems while he was there.

They gave us a better estimate and the installation went smoothly. Their 6 month service was also smooth.

These guys are awesome! They installed my furnace after the purchase of my home almost a year ago and I was greatly impressed! When my A/C unit was not cooling my home, they were the first company that I called. The very next morning, a serviceman came to my home and spent 4 hours at my house servicing my unit and refilling the AC unit with freon so that I wouldn't die in the heat until my new unit was installed. The fee for this service call was waived when I had my new A/C installed several days later! The guys who completed the installation were friendly, professional and hard working, Furthermore, the night of my A/C installation, I walked into my hot water heater closet, and noticed that my carpets were soaking wet.... I called these guys again (after hours), the operator had someone call me back minutes later. The serviceman who was the same gentleman who installed my A/C; he not only remembered me, but was genuinely concerned about my situation, and called up the owner on my behalf that same evening! That next morning, the owner called me personally, and gave me a FANTASTIC estimate on the installation of a new hot water heater..... and his men came to install it that afternoon. You see many of the same faces at this company, which is a good thing. All of the servicemen are professional and down to earth, and aside from the reasonable cost, is the reason why I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

I liked Extreme Climate because they were always so nice and polite when they were here. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I needed to do. They were honest and very skilled in their trade. I will stay with them.
