My insurance company covered the costs of the windshield. They ordered the glass and came to my home and installed the new windshield. Everything went very smooth. Everyone I delt with was very nice.

Came to my house on time and replaced the windshield within a hour. He showed me some aging ware. Told me want to do for the next 24 hours for the windshield would set correctly then left.
I would used this company again.

They were on time, did the service at the price quoted and everything was done well. We were satisfied.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. They actually called me to let me know, they had an earlier opening, if I was interested. Fast, reliable, and much better price than safelite.

BOTTOM LINE: Excellent product by a quality organization! I highly recommend them!
The measuring process took about a half hour on 25 July, however, the technician didn't arrive within the time period that we had agreed upon.
The fabrication took about 4 weeks and the installation was scheduled for 23 August.
The two installers arrived outside the planned arrival time (10-12) and failed to call to confirm arrival time. I had called the office to confirm at 12 noon and they confirmed that the installers were on their way. They arrived at 12:30 PM
The installers were professional and very competent. They were quick and efficient and completed the install within about 1 hour. A beautiful job that met our expectations! The only issue was they brought the wrong door handle.
I scheduled a return visit on 11 Sep. Again they were not on time and didn't call to confirm their lateness and arrival time. -- They eventually arrived at 12:15 PM. However, neither the scheduler nor the team called to say they would be late.

As this was the 3rd miss of an arrival window in 5 visits by Danny's, I called and spoke to William, a supervisor. He was very professional, listened to my complaint, was not defensive, and said he would work the issue immediately. I believe he will!

The process of having my windshield replaced was simplified by the expertise of Danny's Auto Glass. My insurance company connected me with their office and we made an appointment that fit in with my schedule. The technician came right to my house on the day we scheduled the appointment after calling first to say he was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner, was professional and polite. My new windshield was installed quickly and with no mess at all. I was taught how to treat the new windshield after installation and why it needed to be cared for in that manner. I would highly recommend Danny's Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement.

Danny's Glass is fantastic. My DH's truck developed a 6 " crack in the windshield, so I called Danny's Glass to get it taken care of. They were out the very next day, met me at my house, fixed it within 1/2 hour and provided me with after-care and warranty information. I have used them before, and they have never failed to deliver.

I would definitely recommend Danny's Glass. I called because I had a huge crack going down the front windshield. A very polite woman informed me that it would more than likely have to be replaced. I set up a date and time by telephone for them to replace it. They came out to my house and replaced it right in my driveway. They were professional, right on time, and very polite. It was by far some of the best customer service I have ever had.

The experience was fine. I had several people come and give me quotes, and they seemed to know what they were talking about. They did a good job. They had one that wasn't made correctly, but they took it back and fixed it appropriately. Everything was fine.

Service was performed at the Warick Blvd location. The service was good, as I expected. They were listed on Angie's List with a previous review; otherwise, I'd have never found them. I'm glad I did. Their location was a bit hard to find, but once there everything went well. Explained clearly the pricing and work needed. Made sure to inform me that they could repair the crack as best as they could, but that I shouldn't expect it to disappear. I appreciated their upfront clarity and honesty. Took about 30 minutes from time of arrival to out the door.

They did a great job fast. They told me the first day that they'd be delayed, and suggested I come back the next day. That day they pulled it right in and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time. (And they were wonderful!)

We did not realize that Danny's did mechanical work on top of glass work, but repairing power windows is one of their specialties. They were so good at it, that it took no longer than ninety minutes before we received a call to pick up our car. They were very polite with us and the windows worked great after that.
