+ 0 moreGave no estimate, provided no paperwork. When work was done I was told the price and paid. He had some good ideas and work that he did complete seems to hold up well. However, he was supposed to return to complete detail work but I never heard from him. When I eventually called he said he would "probably be there on Friday." He never showed.
Description of Work: Performed several minor repairs to house.
