I was placed in touch with a CSR who never told me that the router they provided had a rental fee attached to it. Furthermore; they did not stipulate that the router needed to be returned. So I got charged for a rental fee of $8 per month for the duration of over 1 year and then a bill for not returning the router {which my son lost or gave away } during his move to another location. He tried to appeal to a supervisor and the only thing they offered him as a compensation was a $20 credit on his next bill.
