computer repair
 + -1 morePerfect. The card was defective. I also had a first impression that this company would be my computer repair in the future. The shop is clean, neat, and the people very professional. They are located in Yorktown and Williamsburg VA. I understand that they have corporate accounts that they service. Give them a try. Update 12/10/13 I took my computer to Computer Concepts to install a new high end graphics card from a different manufacturer than the ones I used before. They installed the card quickly that day with no problems. The fee was very reasonable. I intend to use them again in the very near future to setup a new SSD hard drive with Windows 8 and to work with other hard drives already installed in my computer. The SSD will contain only windows. One additional hard drive will have my files on it. A 3rd hard drive will be used for backups only. I will follow up after the work has been done.
Description of Work: I am having problems installing a high end graphics card. They helped me to determine that the card is defective. This was particularly helpful as this was the 3rd defective card I tried and I needed confirmation that I wasn't the problem. I plan to hire them again to format a ssd hard drive.
