Andrew showed up on time and was able to review and explain how our sprinkler system was set up and after asking a few questions able to diagnose our problem Quickly. He repaired our problem which was a bad rain sensor and was friendly and professional. The quoted repair price was very reasonable and I would recommend him and Colonial Turf and Irrigation without hesitation. He was able to repair our problem in 35 minutes and I will call him immediately at the first time of any future problems. Great job!

This contractor did one job in the spring of 2021 and got paid for it. Then apparently showed up in the fall without an appointment, basically trespassing, and allegedly winterized my sprinklers that had already been winterized, and sent me a bill. They have horrible customer service. They never answer the phone, and return messages in a few days.

Steve Pittman and his son Andrew have done work for me before. Each time I contact them, they are courteous, professional and arrive on the day and time they said they would. Once on site, they get to work, do the job, clean up and check out the repairs before leaving. Within minutes of my initial request, Steven called me and said he could come the following day. He arrived as promised, quickly surveyed my broken irrigation pipe, and made the repair within an hour, and left the area cleaner than it had been. I was impressed with the professional job. Steven and Andrew know their business, and the total job cost was very reasonable. I will certainly call them for any and all my future sprinkler system needs.

Fast, efficient service.

They had to dig up to my valve boxes, replace the valve piping connections and the actual valve. It cost $100 per hour for labor, not sure if that s high or normal. They were very nice and professional and seemed like they did good quality work.

Thru Home Advisor, I selected Colonial to winterize my sprinkler system. It wasn't 2 minutes later he called me. He was very informative, patient with all my questions, and offered a better price than I had ever had before. The reviews about their work were so positive, I'm sure when he comes in November, I will be pleased, just like everyone else.
