Absolutely first class! My roof and gutters are beatiful and should last a long long time. In fact, they gave me a transferable 25-year 100% warranty and a lifetime materials warranty. They were very professional, great attention to detail, and immediately addressed all my concerns. They were not the cheapest roofers....but they are the best value if you want a long-lasting roof.

My wife and I were very pleased with Chase Roofing. Mike, the sales person, came out and explained all available options. I had already did some research and had decided to go with GAF products. I knew that Chase was a GAF Master Elite contractor and I can see why now. We decided on the roofing products (HDZ Architectural Shingles) and a date was set for replacement. The roof crew started a little before 7:30 and were done by 6 pm after a very good clean-up of my property. The 7-man crew worked professionally and did not seem hurried. I like professionals that take their time. The onsite foreman happily and patiently answered all my questions throughout the day (I had taken the day off so I walked outside every hour to get an update). I had some damaged wood and he explained how it probably happened and how the current install would protect against that type of damage. Bill, the inspector, came out during the install and then came out the day after completion to go over the install with me. He answered my questions and I felt that he really wanted to make sure i was happy with the work...I was. My roof looks great. I would definitely use Chase Roofing in the future. The total price may seem a bit high but for the quality of materials and workmanship, it is definitely worth it. As reference, I have a 1400 sq ft rancher. Check your insurance; my company covered a prorated portion of my replacement which surprised me because my original roof was a 26 year old 3-tabber.

Chase Roofing came out a few years ago to check on a leak. We had no idea how old the roof was, but it was OLD. They said they could replace the roof, but that they could also fix it for far less, and replacement could wait. They came back out three times over the years to give us new estimates, and never made us feel bad for not hiring them right away. This time, we had the money to do the roof properly. They weren't the cheapest, but they also were not the most expensive. The materials they use are top of the line (50 year warranty!) and their workers know their job. They did our entire very steep, multi-level roof in ONE day, and cleaned up everything beautifully. There was a small charge over the estimate due to almost 200 feet of rotted wood they discovered...but it was a much smaller amount than I feared. All in all, they were professional, prompt, courteous, skilled, and showed great integrity. I trust them, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

They did an excellent job, especially working long hours in the summer heat. Our homeowners' association is very strict about which roof material we can use. There are very few companies that do cedar anymore, but of those we found, Chase was the least expensive, had the best warranty, and had the best reviews. Very happy with the work.

I had the roofs replaced and skylights on my 5 bedroom ranch house with attached garage and re-roof a detached gambrel roofed barn. Bevins also installed aluminum trim, vinyl soffit around the house and replaced all the gutters. All the jobs couldn't have gone better! All the crews were extremely polite and professional; their work exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again and highly recommend Bevins to others.

John Gilley who did my quote was very unresponsive when trying to be reached after my estimate was given. I’m an Army Soldiet so I had to explain what I needed through pictures and email. Nor am I a professional when it comes to roof repairs and terminology. I thourughly explained that I had wood issues (main concern) and Roof second as it could have waited, I was advised that I could use a new roof and I even decided to get new gutters. I thought from the after pictures that they did a great job. A few weeks later went to another company for a Sifing estimate and he advised me of all the damage that still remained. Inevrt would have known. I called chase roofing on the issue and basically was given the run around for a month. The owner Jose then tells me that it was not included in my quote. Again I don’t live in Virginia and expected quality as they had great reviews. I am attaching pictures of all the damaged wood that still remains. There is no way I would spend the money that I did for a new Roof and gutters and not correct the underneath damage that needed to be corrected. Like painting a wrecked car. That would make sense to me or anyone else. There-was no apology from Jose or a mends to fix it only that I would be charged. Very disappointed that I spent my hard earned dollars with this company. Only to still have to spend more money. Would have rather had it done right the first time. Very disgruntled,

Upon receiving the initial photos and request for a roof replacement, an estimate was provided outlining the scope of work to be performed. As we are a roofing company, we concentrated on the roofing aspects needing addressed at the residence...trim and soffit were not included. This estimate was accepted and signed as a contract and all work outlined in the contract was completed. The additional work you have highlighted is outside the scope of the accepted, signed contract for roofing work. Again, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced with communication. As stated, this particular staff member is no longer with us. We are also implementing procedures and steps to alleviate any further communication issues with customers who are not on site. We understand this does not alleviate your frustration, and again, we sincerely apologize for your unsatisfactory experience."

The job went very well. They missed the shed roof on the first visit (an oversight). But when pointed out on the satisfaction survey, they replaced the shed roof the next day. My roof looked so good that my next door neighbor contracted Chase Roofing to replace his roof.

Contract included replacing shed roof which was missed when main house roof was replaced. This was pointed out on the follow-up satisfaction visit and the shed roof was completed the next day. My next door neighbor was so impressed with the total job he hired them to replace his roof in Sept 2017.

It all went very well. While here inspecting the roof, we mentioned we though there might an issue with one of our vents. It turns out they were able to find issues with 3 of our 4 vents. After seeing that the caulking had come loose, and thereby causing cracks in our venting system, Chase Roofing repaired them all for us. Now we do not have anything to worry about with our roof, nor the venting. I am very happy they were able to confirm our suspicion, and promptly came to replace and to fix the areas that needed fixing. We highly recommend Chase Roofing for your consideration. Having dealt with other local companies, we have found them to be the best for us. We will not hesitate to contact them again for any future needs.

Everything went according to plan. They arrived early in the morning and worked until the job was finished, about 6 pm. Yard was cleaned and magnet used to pick up any stray nails and they even carted away our satelite dish they had removed from the roof at no extra cost. Good people.

Promptly and neatly done in one day. They arrived early in the morning and worked straight through the day until new roof was completed, old gutter guards were replaced and our yard was completely cleaned up. They also carted away our unused satelite Dish they had removed from the roof.

I found all the staff with Chase Roofing, from the office staff to the staff assessing and performing the work to be very professional. The quality of work done was excellent. They provided prompt service and were very responsive. They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up. They picked up every nail and piece of debris. Two years ago our HOA contracted with a local company to repair wood on our home exteriors. There were nails everywhere, no effort to clean up. I would highly recommend Chase Roofing for your roofing needs.

The roofing team showed up super early on Saturday morning (7am-ish) and had the old roof torn off, new roof installed, and all the trash and debris cleaned up before 3 pm that afternoon. It was pretty impressive.
