This company was recommended by our home buyers warranty. They came out to replace a garbage disposal. They called an hour and a half before showing up to let us know when they would be arriving at our house. The original tech was tied up on a service call so the owner came out to install the new garbage disposal. He arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. We wanted an upgraded model of garbage disposal and they gave us options and asked us which one we wanted. The tech went to Lowes and picked out the appropriate one that would fit with our plumbing, installed it and it worked great. Excellent customer service.
