DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS AND A HASSLE AS A BONUS. Despite multiple appts to work on the system, over 2 months after they've been paid and the sprinkler system has yet to be turned on! They do not show up when scheduled, don't bother to call to reschedule or atleast as a common courtesy. Schedule to work on the system 6/9, no show, no call. When I called to check how the work went, "ohh, we were busy with other jobs and couldn't make it" is the owners Jim reply, no explaination why they didn't call or try to reschedule. Any other company would have to better than this, no excuses for the lack of professionalism, or trained technicians.
