Rick came out the day after my home owner's warranty sent All County Air my work order. That was August 18th, 2016. The service seemed to go fairly well. The A/C was refilled 5 days earlier with R-22 refrigerant by my personal contractor, so this time a dye and sealant was put into the system. Within 2 days, the A/C was not working. I called my warranty company again, and a "re-call" was done to get All County Air, LLC. to return and fix the A/C. When I contacted Rick on Saturday, August 20th, 2016, he said, "I will see you Monday to get the information on your system," then hung up. I contacted him again and asked why he didn't come out on the weekend, and he said, "I don't get paid to do that!" I asked when he would be out, and he told me sometime Monday; no approximate time was given. So I requested he contact me an hour before arriving as I work an hour away from my home. The weekend temperatures were terrible, in the lower 90's with inside temps close to 85F. On Monday Rick called an hour before arriving, and showed up for 10 minutes to get the information. Before leaving, he said he would have the information to 2-10 later that day. The following morning, Tuesday August 23rd, I contacted 2-10 to find out what was next. They said their contractor had to send in the diagnosis information and parts to be ordered. I asked if they were not received, and they said no. I then contacted Rick and asked if he sent in the information on Monday, as he said he would. He went off yelling at me stating, "I worked all day long, didn't get home until 7, and was too tired! And quite frankly, I don't like your attitude!" Attitude? I just spent a long weekend in a home where the average temp was 80F as I have two A/C units and one not working, and he didn't like my attitude. So I contacted the warranty folks again, and told them what happened, and instructed them to never send All County Air, LLC to my home again. For the net 3 days they contacted All County Air to get the parts to order and the diagnosis. Rick finally sent them in on Thursday night, after 6p, August 25th. During his call, he told 2-10 the parts were in Newport News, Virginia and would take a month to get them. Newport News is less than a 10 minute drive from Yorktown, where All County Air, LLC. is located. The warranty company attempted to get the information for me to get the A/C replaced, but it took another 2 weeks with temperatures in the upper 90's, before I had had enough and asked for the funds to do the repairs myself. My contractor, after being called on Friday, September 2nd, had my new A/C installed in my home today, September 7th, 2016. The basic gist is that All County Air, LLC is not interested in doing an honest day's work, nor do they care about the customer's issues. All they want is your money.
