Terrible. Day 0. Realize I have no AC and find home warranty info. Day 1. Called warranty co. and set up inspection/repair of my AC. Day 2. 1st call from All County Air, LLC(ACA) 10:33am checking my availability. 2nd call at 12:05 letting me know they're on the way. They arrive, are on site less than 15 minutes and diagnosed the compressor as bad. I presumed they were competent and this was correct. I pay the warranty fee to them. Day 7. I get an email from the warranty co. letting me know the parts have been ordered and are expected to arrive by end of day 12. Day 8. Update check email from home warranty co. I responded as 'In Progress'. No further emails. Day 14. I've heard nothing and leave my first voicemail for ACA @7:06pm. Day 15. No return call. Call again at 1:42pm & 6:29pm. Leave a second voicemail on the second call. Day 16. Call again at 4:57pm, leave third voicemail. I check my own voicemail in case I'd missed a call, no messages. Day 19. Call again @9:45am. Leave a voicemail to please call me. Call warranty co. They can also not get to ACA and leave a message to call me. Tell me to call back in 24 hours if I haven't heard anything. Day 20. I call the warranty co. They try again. They leave another message for ACA to contact me. I advise I'm going to cancel the payment if I don't hear something soon. Day 21. I make this timeline of events and post the negative review of my experience so far.

I was told the work would get turned into my home warranty company to see if they would cover any of the cost. I contact All County three times and did not hear anything back. It has been three months since I last spoke with All County. Needless to say I hired someone else to do the work. There is no communication.l amongst All County employees and no one is able to provide a solid answer. During the initial contact, the All County employee did nothing to inspect the system or do any kind of trouble shooting. They were quick to take my home warranty deductible and then never be heard from again.

Rick came out the day after my home owner's warranty sent All County Air my work order. That was August 18th, 2016. The service seemed to go fairly well. The A/C was refilled 5 days earlier with R-22 refrigerant by my personal contractor, so this time a dye and sealant was put into the system. Within 2 days, the A/C was not working. I called my warranty company again, and a "re-call" was done to get All County Air, LLC. to return and fix the A/C. When I contacted Rick on Saturday, August 20th, 2016, he said, "I will see you Monday to get the information on your system," then hung up. I contacted him again and asked why he didn't come out on the weekend, and he said, "I don't get paid to do that!" I asked when he would be out, and he told me sometime Monday; no approximate time was given. So I requested he contact me an hour before arriving as I work an hour away from my home. The weekend temperatures were terrible, in the lower 90's with inside temps close to 85F. On Monday Rick called an hour before arriving, and showed up for 10 minutes to get the information. Before leaving, he said he would have the information to 2-10 later that day. The following morning, Tuesday August 23rd, I contacted 2-10 to find out what was next. They said their contractor had to send in the diagnosis information and parts to be ordered. I asked if they were not received, and they said no. I then contacted Rick and asked if he sent in the information on Monday, as he said he would. He went off yelling at me stating, "I worked all day long, didn't get home until 7, and was too tired! And quite frankly, I don't like your attitude!" Attitude? I just spent a long weekend in a home where the average temp was 80F as I have two A/C units and one not working, and he didn't like my attitude. So I contacted the warranty folks again, and told them what happened, and instructed them to never send All County Air, LLC to my home again. For the net 3 days they contacted All County Air to get the parts to order and the diagnosis. Rick finally sent them in on Thursday night, after 6p, August 25th. During his call, he told 2-10 the parts were in Newport News, Virginia and would take a month to get them. Newport News is less than a 10 minute drive from Yorktown, where All County Air, LLC. is located. The warranty company attempted to get the information for me to get the A/C replaced, but it took another 2 weeks with temperatures in the upper 90's, before I had had enough and asked for the funds to do the repairs myself. My contractor, after being called on Friday, September 2nd, had my new A/C installed in my home today, September 7th, 2016. The basic gist is that All County Air, LLC is not interested in doing an honest day's work, nor do they care about the customer's issues. All they want is your money.

Rick called me about 15 hours after the initial service call, to our home warranty company, which was a Sunday evening about 8 pm, and said 'I'm on my way'. Mind you it's the crazy time of the year for HVAC folks, with temperatures hoovering around 100, so I wasn't expecting service the very next day, let alone in the morning. Rick came in was professional and nice, checked both of our units, and had us back up and cooling in a flash. I'd call these guys again, if I didn't have a home warranty, and even with a home warranty, I'll request them.

On 12/15/2014 2 technicians returned and said they replaced motor and squirrel cage.  No improvement.  Still vibrating whole house.  Told home warranty company they wanted to hang blower from ceiling to reduce vibration.  Home warranty company hired another contractor for a second opinion.

On 1/10/2015 2nd contractor indicated that blower housing and squirrel cage needed replacement.  When told that all county air said they replaced the squirrel cage, 2nd contractor indicated that from the dirt build up on the part, there was no evidence that it had been replaced.  2nd contractor ordered parts.

On 1/30/2015 2nd contractor returned and installed new blower housing and squirrel cage.  Vibration stopped.
