Great! Contractor owner showed up on time and demonstrated high expertise in servicing these high end carrier systems flawlessly. Went beyond the simple refrigerant charge process to understand some causes for the leaks without a separate visit. Took actions to repair the leaking service fittings connections at the 2 compressor units. Answered expertly all my questions. I had a LOT of questions. Will be seeking out this contractor in future based on our service experience. -wmk

The service was excellent. The technicians showed up quickly after placing a call. They assesed the problem, ordered the right unit and installed it quickly. The techno thoroughly tested the unit and took the old one away when they finished
