Auto Towing Service
When my car broke down, it took two hours before the tow truck arrived. When the driver, Chris Pascall, for R&C Towing and Repair did arrive, he was courteous, professional, and nice. After meeting Chris, I believed that there was a legitimate reason for the delay in service. During our drive to the Honda dealership for repair, we got lost and Chris knocked off 10 miles from the final distance tally. When we arrived at the dealership, it was closed, but Chris stayed with us to drop off and unload the car, drove us around to various hotels, and made sure that the dealership received our note the next day. He went above and beyond his service.
