They found the source of the water quickly. It was coming from a leak in the water dispenser on the upstairs refrigerator. They fixed the problem in a timely manner without cutting through walls. They were friendly, polite, and professional. We called Carlson because they had previously installed a water conditioner for us and we were pleased with their service.

Carlson has been very helpful. They are able to get plumbers to us fast to repair the leaks. Their plumbers were very professional, and worked quickly. They were very upfront about pricing, especially on the Sunday that we had a leak, and would be charged the higher labor rate.

I would fully recommend him. I chose him as I was satifsied with his work from the first time we had used him.

He is very good. He is responsive. He figured out there was a defective piece in my water softener and came out and replaced it at no extra charge in addition to extending the warranty. They also cleaned up the mess when they were finished. He is very fair and goes above and beyond.

I called Carlson to have my water softener checked because I suspected it was not working properly. They made an appointment for the next day. Later that same day I noticed the water in the toilet was an orange color. I called Carlson's immediately and talked to the receptionist and she said she have the owner call me right back, which he did. This was late in the day, around 4:30 or 5:00 in the afternoon. He told me it sounded like the old softener was leaking resin and would have to be replaced. He talked me through adjusting a valve to bypass the water softener and ended up taking two plumbers off of another job to come over and clean out my pipes because the resin clogged everything up. Within one hour, two plumbers had fixed all the toilets, cleaned all the aerators, and flushed all the resin out of the lines. They measured my water pressure and determined it was way too high and that probably caused the old softener to blow all its resin. The next day one of the plumbers returned and installed a new softener and a pressure control valve. He also replaced a leaky outdoor faucet and removed an unused filter from the kitchen faucet. All the work was completed in a very professional manner and there have been no further problems. Not sure how to grade the price, since I have nothing to compare it to, but it seems reasonable to me for the amount of work done and the responsiveness to an emergency.
