Handyman Service
- Dennis Howard was very responsive in coming to provide an estimate for the scope of work.
- His team was punctual and arrived on the agreed upon date for the work.
- Team was professional, polite and courteous.
- Detailed work was a little less than desired but overall they did a good job and what was expected. I would have liked Dennis to be onsite more during the conduct of the job.
I would rate the overall experience an A- / B+ and would definitely use All Home Pro again.

Handyman Service, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel + 3 more
I called Dennis Howard with All Home Pro after receiving his number from a co-worker. He came to my home and provided me with a verbal estimate and explanation of work around the first week of August 2012. We exchanged emails/phone numbers, but he never provided a written contract, gave me a business card, or material relating to All Home Pro.
During this meeting we agreed on a price of $575.00 for the work listed above.
Dennis Howard came to my home on 9/13-14/2012 and preformed the work listed above (1-3). On 9/14/2012 he left me a message asking to call him once I returned home from work. After I called, he immediately showed up at my house for payment. I discussed the problems with the bump-out. I told him the work was defective; the PVC material had waves and bubbles throughout . Mr. Howard assured me this was an easy fix. He said he would attend to it on 9/15/2012 right after he finished installing windows on a town house down the street. I then paid him the entire amount for the job.
Mr. Howard showed up around 6PM on 9/15/2012 and told me he would not be able to fix the bump-out today, but would be in touch. He never came back to my home after this date. He never returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails after 9/29/2012. I continue to call Mr. Howard, and leave messages, but he does not answer or return my calls.
I am now left with a defective bump-out. My HOA has sent me a notice asking me to correct the work as it is a violation of the governing documents.
I have reported All Home Pro to DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation). I am hoping they will help me resolve this matter.
