They started out doing a great job. As time went by, they started to slack on their performance. They would make the bed uneven, clean my bathrooms which would smell wonderful until hours later when I stench would evolve. Smelled like a dirty mop or used cloth was used. I had to call the office on the workers because one female decided she was going to take a short cut in cleaning my kitchen. Not all the dishes were washed, stove was not cleaned, and the trash was not taken out. As I approached the kitchen to inspect, the maid hurried and cut out my kitchen light on me and told me my floor was wet. Mind you, I never saw her mop it. I cut the light on and noticed the unfinished work and escorted the two maids out. I called the office and requested that they not return. I wasn't charged for that service, however it never stopped. Every 2 weeks they were sending someone new to my house in which they were not cleaning to my satisfaction. I finally had enough.

"I was sad to see this review. She had been a great client of ours for two years. The turning out the lights thing I can only imagine being some sort of communication issue between the service providers and the client. In no way would our service providers turn out the lights to avoid cleaning an area. It would be silly to try to hide something like that as we have a 24-hour guarantee. Meaning we would come back free of charge to re-clean any area not cleaned properly. On our side, we received one complaint on this account and we issued a free cleaning becuse she had been a great customer and she did not want a reclean. I would note that this client was a bi-weeekly account and began skipping one cleaning in between her cleanings and expected us to be able to clean the home for the same rate. We did so even though it tooks us more time once again because she had been a great customer. So instead of 2 weeks in between cleanings it would be 4 weeks. Cleanings obviously take longers if an entire month passes as dust and dirt has more time to settle in. As for the smells and the acusation of using dirty rags. That is just flat out wrong. We never use old smelly rags to clean a house. All rags used are fresh and clean. It is offensive for that to be said of our company. We believe the client canceled the service not due to poor cleanings(at least not communicated to us) but due to us trying to add a half hour to her rate after not cleaning her home for 6 weeks. We tried to explain to the client on serveral occasions that to do a proper job when so much time had past inbetweeen cleaning more time or money was needed but she would not approve the extra time."

2I used this service in November and was quite pleased, however the results of the cleaning that I had done in March were not as good especially the cleaning of the bathroom. Apparently, the cleaning was done by two different cleaning crews.

Two women arrived at the time and date scheduled and entered the house without cleaning products and carrying a vacuum. We walked through the house with them and explained that since we keep such a tidy home and the kids are gone - we were looking for greater detail with dusting and cleaning the floors and bathrooms. We ran an errand for 90 minutes and when we returned, the ladies were already gone. Upon inspection of the house - very little cleaning was accomplished beyond vacuuming the rugs. Most of the furniture and all of the nick-nacks had not been moved or dusted; the bathrooms still had hair on the floor; banisters and other detailed wood had not been dusted. In summary, they did not offer the detailed cleaning that we expected or that they promised.

They are very thorough. They follow a list of tasks and then they check them off after they are completed, right down to making the bed, and changing the towels. They are reasonably priced and they are very prompt. They even call two days before they come to remind me of my appointment.

The maids arrived on time. One cleaned upstair & one cleaned downstairs. They did a very thorough & excellent job & I was very pleased with the results.

They charge me $120 every 2 weeks. They are great. Its two women that come and they clean my entire house from top to bottom pretty much. I've been using them for about 4 months now. The price and the job that they do is really great. Everything is clean and everything is done right every time. I would continue to use them in the future.

Excellent job. Huge improvement over other cleaners we've used. They really leave the house looking and smelling good. Appreciate that they pick up and dust under knick knacks and stuff left on countertops, even in bathroom. They do a great job of tidying up, making everything neat in addition to doing the actual cleaning. Very good service and follow-up to make sure you are happy.
