We are a family operated business, which focuses on the Sale and Installation of Carpet Flooring. We are a 5 employee small business with one sub-contractor. Our billing procedure is based on two payments for services rendered (50% deposit at signing and final payment at completion) We take cash, check. We also take credit cards with a 2% service fee.

I saw a great review on Angie's List, which is why I hired them. Everything was great from start to finish. Walter was respectful, professional, friendly and a good listener. We had MANY questions and we asked to see MANY samples and it was no problem and he came to see us a few times before we decided. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. This job wasn't very big, but the whole process was done in about a week. The guys that did the work did a great job and they were careful moving furniture and respectful of our belongings. In the future, we would like to replace other carpet and we will definitely call them again.

I hate to admit that I had called Empire first but I'm so glad I didn't go with them and ended up using Woodbridge Carpet Supply instead. Empire was supposed to come one day and they never showed up. I scheduled another appointment with them the following day and although the man seemed nice enough, he was impersonal and I felt like he was more worried about getting the job and upselling the carpet type versus what I actually wanted costing a whopping $1,000. I was in a panic because I needed this job done as soon as possible so I called Woodbridge Carpet for a second opinion and right away Walter answered and told me he could come in that afternoon to give me a quote. Talk about great availability and customer service! Thankfully Walter was just as nice, professional, and accommodating in person as he was on the phone. He was extremely thorough with taking down the measurements with a tape measure which seemed more personal and detailed than the Empire man's laser measure. He asked questions about the job so he could figure out how best to get the job I wanted, accomplished. At the last minute I asked him if he would be able to give me another quote for a hallway-carpet replacement in the future and he was more than happy to. What a nice guy! The quote for the room actually ended up being almost half of what Empire was going to charge. I wasn't able to be there during the actual installation of the carpet but I heard nothing but great things about the crew that did the job- careful, precise, efficient. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service and the product I received from this company. I would definitely hire them in the future (hallway replacement remember?!). I feel like a fool for calling Empire first but the silver lining there is that I found Woodbridge Carpet Supply instead. They're a Mom & Pop store but there's a reason they've been in business as long as they have. They're wonderful.

Great. Wonderful. Perfect! Very prompt for an estimate answered all of my questions was patient. Answered my email promptly was very clean with their work . They replace large basement, rec room and stairs. Liked them so much had them come out two weeks later and install carpet upstairs as well.

It went smoothly. They were here shortly after 8:00 am and got to work immediately. They carefully moved my furniture to remove the old stuff and swept the floors before laying the new stuff. We had squeaky floors and they allowed my husband the opportunity to nail the sub flooring down. We also had a problem with the flooring around the fireplace. They assisted my husband with replairing that. They carefully moved all my furniture back to the original spot.

It went amazingly well. Walter came to our home to measure and discuss options for product and installation. He even contacted his suppliers when we made a very specific request. The installers were professional, quick, and helpful. It was very appreciated because our house was in total disrepair. From contact to installation, it took less than 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the work and services provided by Woodbridge Carpet Supply and would highly recommend the company. Walter took time to meet with my husband and me to disucss and understand our needs. He arranged every detail of our install. The process was seamless. Scheduling was easy and we arranged to have the install on 9/25. The price was very reasonable. We had carpet installed in our entire 3 level townhouse, including all the stairs. The carpet installers (Santos, Trinny, Kelvin) were very professional and arrived on time. Our appointment started at 9am and they were completely finished by 2:30pm on the same day! The carpet looks and feels wonderful! My family and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the carpet. The installers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future.

Great! I'm the owner of a rental property and like out of state. Walter was very accommodating and coordinated everything with my tenant.
