The owner gave us the presentation and was very knowledgeable. We had been doing our research and Rod had the value we were looking for. No one else was offering three pane Windows or the ideas to save money by changing two small Windows into one picture window. The other quotes we had were for two Pane Windows and Vynal works was very competitive with a better product. When the crew arrived they put down tarps and took their shoes off when working inside. All 20 Windows were installed in one day with the capping done the next day. I was happy to see their professionalism and their attention to detail. I would you them again.

Showed up when they said they would. Crew was very polite and cleaned up every step of the way. When going from front to back, took off their shoes each time (and a dozen times or so) for carpeting. even though I said they didn't have to. Paid excruciating attention to detail. Screen door didn't close right, but owner himself came back and fixed it perfectly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how things went. Highly recommend!!

I decided to replace all the windows in my 21 year old home. I had 36 windows of every variety, from big bay windows to oddly shaped bathroom windows. I was diligent to get multiple estimates and do my research. This was a big expense!
I was very fortunate to have found Vynalworks. Rodney Ferringer came in and gave me a very quick and I must say - substantially lower estimate than anyone else. He offered me better windows than his competitors and at a better price. I got triple pane, tinted windows -  and there was no upcharge to select whatever grids I liked. No one else offered that. The face of my house is stucco and had leak problems around my old windows - due to the stucco, not the windows. Rodney installed flashing around my front windows, for no extra charge. His workers were efficient, polite, professional and took great care to keep my house clean and protected during the installation. Rodney was very responsive, showed up when he said he would and always kept his word to me.
It has been over a year since the installation, and these new windows still look perfect - and wow did they lower my heat bills this past winter! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Vynalworks to my friends and family.

Rod was thorough with his recommendations and suggestions, he was very comfortable to work with, quick responsiveness and he was fair with his price.  HIs crew was excellent with the quality of their workmanship and thorough with their clean-up.  I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of exterior work on their house.

They were great. Very neat, very quick, great quality windows, really responsive to our requests. 
It took longer than we expected from the day they took the order to the day of installation, but they were so great I wouldn't take points off for that.
We will definitely use them again for the rest of the windows we need replaced.

He's very good.  I trust him and think he does a really good job.  His prices are a little on the higher end but the level of service is high and the quality of the work is also good.

They did the job and the service was quick. The time we close the quote and the time they actually did the work was about 4 weeks.  They did the windows in about a day and then they come back and finished up the trimmings.  They were good, clean, and they cleaned up the area after they were done.  I am happy with the service.

I was really happy with them.  They were very professional, prompt and the price was great, in fact I got them through the Angies List coupon.  The rep that came out, his name is Rod.  He was very professional, very courteous and thorough.  He was very low pressure and I liked that a lot about him.  He did not pressure me at all to buy his product, but just showed it to me and left.

I originally heard about VyNal Works via my sister who had her windows and patio door replaced and loved what I saw.  Contacted the company in 2010 and made arrangements to replace my original storm and patio doors.  Unfortunately my HVAC system died which was a major replacement so the doors had to wait.  In July of 2013 contacted the company again and made arrangements to have the doors installed.  The cost estimate was the same as in 2010 plus I received a 5% discount as an Angie's List member.  Went through the HOA for approval, the company ordered the doors and then the Government Shutdown occurred.  Fortunately after going back to work the doors were ready for installation.  The installers arrived on time and were very courteous and professional.  I observed their installation and was very impressed with their attention to detail making sure everything was level, insulated, and caulked properly.
I love my patio door and storm door.  So solid and not like the cheap stuff originally installed.  I don't notice wind or cold getting in or even bugs like I did before.  The doors are so well made and solid.  Just thrilled.
I would definitely recommend VyNal works to anyone who are looking to replace windows, storms doors or patio doors.  Rodney Ferrenger is fantastic and very fair.  You couldn't find a better company for this type of work.  Highly recommended.

Changed our windows. It was great.

Came at appointed time.  Four windows, three on the second floor, replaced, sealed, and debris collected in about 6 hours.  They work and look great!

Two workers showed up on the day they were scheduled to start with all the supplies  and equipment they needed. In two days they were finished. They cleaned-up every bit of old siding and materials.
The workers were professional and friendly. They left us some extra siding so that, if there is damage to the siding in the future, we would have the materials to repair it.

The company did a great job. The manager was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and prompt. The installers arrived on time and did a nice job. I'm very pleased with the work and value for the cost.

Negotiated a fair price.  Showed up when promised, finished the job professionally and timely.

We got Rodney’s name and number from a neighbor he had done work for. Then we found
out he had done work for several of our neighbors. It was nice to have someone
so very highly recommended by people we knew.
We originally had Rodney out to look at a new roof. We ended up putting the roof
project on hold and moving forward with improving the exterior of our home. We
had an old green house type of thing attached to the back of our house that was
leaking and the wood was rotting. It was in bad shape and needed to be removed.
Removing it meant we had to redo the siding because the green house was tied
into the existing siding.  
We also had some drainage issues that have been resolved by the new gutters. The first rain
brought us a sheet of water running down behind the gutters; our roof shingles
are too short. Not poor work, just our crappy roof! Once the gutter guards were
put on the problem was resolved! Though Rodney had several was planned to fix
the problem if the guards did not do it.
The siding is just beautiful. We have zero complaints about it. We have already gotten so
many complements on it. It looks great! The crew installing it was very
considerate and tried very hard not to drop anything on my rose bushes. They
were very careful about picking up nails and screws. They even left the rolling
magnet over the weekend so we could continue to use it as we raked the area
around our house. We have kids so this was really fun for them!
During the installation of the new soffits we became aware that there had never been any
holes made for ventilation in the overhang of our roof. No problem they said, a
2 inch hole drilled every few feet as they went.
We love,Love, LOVE our new deck. We are rather neurotic people…… There are no visible
knots in the wood; the screws are in a perfectly straight line and the one
thing we had them fix was the angle on a cut at the top of the steps. Probably
wouldn’t have bothered most people but like I said…. Neurotic. They didn’t
question or complain. Just fixed it.
The crew was really great to have working here. They were always polite and considerate.
Rodney was also flexible with our need for bringing in other contractors. We had to juggle
a bit on the day of having excavation work done but everything went just fine.
We have no regrets and would highly recommend this company. We plan to have them do our
roof next year, and maybe a second lower deck.

The installation took 2.5 days from beginning to end. Of
course we had to wait for the windows to arrive and the job to be scheduled.
We had previous bids from competing companies for double-pane windows that went
from $13,000 up to $17.000 for the job. And that was after having to sit
through two hours of something similar to a timeshare sales pitch—you know--"sign
now or lose the discount!" 
We found Vynal Works to be a professional organization that didn't use hype,
tricks, or pressure to sell.  When Vinyl Works gave me the price, I though they must be selling sub-standard
windows. I assure you they were high-quality windows.  Rod, the owner, spent time explaining the
difference in windows. I’m practically an expert now.
The fact is, Windows from Vynal Works were triple-pane and
not double-pane and they had  the same bells and whistles as the other
guys, except at a reasonable cost that turned out to less than half of the competing
bids.
