Manicures/Nails
It was recommended by a friend who said it was the best place in WB. I'd just moved there, so I took her at her word. It was filthy, and there were no customers. I should have turned around and walked out.
I asked for a natural manicure, as I didn't want any color. She put some kind of pink florescent coating on it, which didn't look natural at all. To make it worse, it chipped and pealed within two days.
I don't think they changed or cleaned the plastic runners (like our grandmothers used in their hallways) on the waxing table between customers.
Gross. I wouldn't go back if they paid me.
