Initial Phone Call: I called William and he sounded positive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to do a good job. We arranged a time for him to come out, which he did within just a day or two of the call.
Service Call: William was totally on-time and ready to go. He assessed the situation, discovered he could do the repair and got it done within a half hour to forty-five minutes. It was excellent work. He stretched the warped carpet, tucked it under the baseboards and it looks and works great now.
William was congenial and helpful, a really good, friendly and business-like guy you can trust.
William did all we could ask for! We had a couple of items to fix as a result of a home inspection before sale. Other companies would not do the work without replacing carpet or having a much larger job to do. And I was so happy that William was able to come over and complete the work within a week, which was perfect for us. William is very professional and polite. He listened to what we needed and inspected each area, letting us know what he would do to fix both issues. He moved a couple of pieces of furniture and moved them back into place when done.
We hadn't done the work prior to now because we had been told by a cleaning company and also by a carpet sales company that the stretching of our wall to wall carpet in several places would be nearly the same as replacing it, which we now know is absolutely not true.
