Jim explained everything the bike needed and a clear price that didn't change on the final bill. Given the age and the amount of work needed to bring the bike back to life, he showed us a comparable new bike to make sure we didn't want to put good money after bad. We decided to do the repairs. The tech, Jake, did a great job and the bike feels like new. It was ready to ride and we were assured that if it didn't feel right, we could bring it back. Great service!
Description of Work: Older mountain bike needed tires, tubes, and rehab. We brought it in without an appointment, late in the day on a Wednesday and it was ready that Friday.

Excellent!
Description of Work: I haven't been to the Village yet but I did meet one of their employees on the trail today at Fountainhead. I was stuck on the mountain bike trail with a flat and no tube. I didn't catch his name but a really nice guy who said he worked at a bike shop stopped to help. I asked him what shop he worked at and he said the Village. He gave me a tube, loaded it with CO2 and saved me from having to hike 4 miles back to my car. The shop is about 1.5 hours from my home but you can bet I will be buying my next bike from the Village. Thanks Dude!
