The overall time spent with FIOS was positive but costs continued to rise for those exisiting customers and new customers were getting great deals. When I asked about lowering the monthly bill they offered to raise the bill and give me faster speed. The speed was never the concern it was the rising cost. When I did try to lower the bill they told me my account had restrictions which would not allow it to go through. When i called to ask about the restrictions they could not find any.
