Mr. Vasquez serviced my lawn the first time and left things undone.  Portions of the lawn were not cut and there had been no visible trimming or edging accomplished.  Cuttings were also left visible on the driveway and deck.  I exchanged e-mails with Mr. Vasquez and explained why I was not happy.  He did not seem to understand so I took several pictures of the problem areas and e-mailed those to him.  He acknowledged realization of the problems and told me they would be corrected.  They were not.  I decided to give him another chance and so he serviced the lawn again.  This time the result was worse.  Again, areas of the yard were left uncut and trimming had not be done.  Clippings were also left.  I really wanted it to work out because Mr. Vasquez was obviously a small a new business so I let him know again I was not happy.  He suggested a visit to my home where we could look things over together and I could explain to him what I expect.  He agreed to come that Saturday.  Saturday came and went and no Mr. Vasquez.  I e-mailed him early Sunday and explained I was still hoping to meet with him.  I finally received an e-mail late Sunday afternoon apologizing for his no-show on Saturday--"I forgot."  Moreover, he explained he could not come on Sunday and that he did not believe he would be able to "meet my standards."  All I wanted was the grass cut and trimming done.  Nothing more and nothing less.  I am not happy to write this review; however, owe it to the community at large as I rely on reviews to select companies for work.  Mr. Vasquez has a lot to learn about taking care of a simple small lawn and customer service.  Finally, he was not selected due to a recommendation here.
