Vale did a complete Kitchen remodel, and bathroom restoration, for me in early 2022. Overall the work appeared good, but in the 3 years since evidence of sloppy work has surfaced. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to guarantee their work even a few year out. 1. They did not install the kitchen garbage disposal right and so it leaked on my new cabinets. My plumber fixed it for me for free. 2. Before the remodel, my floor had space in front of the dishwasher so it could be removed and replaced. However, they "walled" it in so now I need to find a contractor to cut the flooring if I ever want to replace my dishwasher. 3. The paint job in the bathroom keeps bubbling. Another contractor suggested that this is because they did not prime it right. Vale did come once to repaint, but the problem has reappeared. Prior to Vale's work, I did not have this problem in the bathroom. 4. Part of the bathroom restoration was repairing the ceiling below it; the seams are already showing.

Alfredo and his incredibly talented team completed a major renovation at our home. The project included complete redesign of the kitchen, full upgrade of all bathrooms, flooring, painting and refinishing of the deck. We'd give them an A+ based on their work ethic, quality, price, and most importantly the sincerity with which they did every bit of work. They treated our house like their own and went out of their way to recommend opportunities for improvement, which we valued very much. To top it all, Alfredo and his wife also offered to pick the quartz countertop, kitchen cabinets, and carpet -- this was an example of Alfredo going above and beyond his call of duty to serve his customers to the best of his ability. We are most grateful for the excellent value Alfredo and his team delivered with a true sense of sincerity and integrity.

It was excellent. They were really wonderful.

Everything started perfect the workers were on time and left the place clean everyday. We were actually ahead of schedule. After the sheet rock was installed, we had to wait for a custom window to be delivered (No problem)
The finishing was average. Tile work in the bathroom is terrible (Make sure you hire your own tile guy) The painting was average I had to complain many times. Part of the framing in the bathroom was not aligned correctly (It was noticeable to the naked eye). I had to fight hard with them to get it close to acceptable. The project manager Alfredo needs to be more responsive and improve his communication skills (Be as good as his workers)
I will hire them again but with different project manager and be a lot more involved in day to day tasks.

I was very pleased with the work performed. Alfredo and his crews were professional, the work are was kept clean and the workmanship was excellent. The project included a full bath rough in, adding an egress window, and moving natural gas lines. I can confidently recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvement services. 

Kind of frustrating.  Some frustration over time delays and then also some of the work was not great.

So far it's been going well. They've done everything on time, and they're very polite. We're happy with them so far.
