John was easy to schedule, prompt, and very personable. The dis-assembly of the hutch turned out to be more extensive than he had expected, but he kept at it until they were able to squeeze it up the stairs. Then they put it all back together perfectly. Truely a remarkable feat. He is a master of this speciality, which he has been doing for many years. He came recommended by Belfort Furniture and I strongly second that.
