DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired TJ to conduct a pre-drywall and pre-settlement inspection on my new construction home. 11 months later when I hired another company to conduct my 1-year inspection it was found that my shingles were not installed correctly which is something TJ would have seen had he done aerial inspections. I found out that TJ only stood on the ground and then conducted visual inspections of my roof. I reached out to TJ and provided proof of what was found and pictures of the builder correcting this issue and TJ stopped responding and did not take responsibility for not conducting detailed inspections. Do not be fooled by his kind and friendly demeanor. while he did not install the shingles incorrectly, he placed my home at risk due to his improper inspections that I paid him twice to conduct and the lack of accountability is very unprofessional and I do not take it lightly. Legal counsel is being consulted due to his unresponsiveness.

We hired TJ to do a pre drywall and final inspection on our new build. He was very knowledgeable and explained beforehand everything he was going to be looking at. We had many questions that he was happy to answer and explain if we still didn t understand. He sent us the report that very same day and included lots of detailed pictures. We highly recommend him for any inspection needs.
