About us
My office is located in Lake Ridge Executive Park in Lake Ridge, VA. I charge $80 for an hour session and give $10 off on the first visit (please mention Angie's List). I also have discounted rates for Seniors (65+) and Full-time Students (not in addition to other discounts). I take check or cash payments only. I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, & Touch for Health practicioner and have taken courses in other hands on healing modalities such as Cellular Expansion and Healing and Craniosacral Therapy . I have taken classes in Energy Medicine, specifically Donna Edens EM 101 & 102. I use essential oils and Bach Flowers remedies with my clients as needed and promote Nature Sunshine Nutritional products. Award winning.

Kelley was wonderful! I have never used her massage services before & she responded to my text to schedule an appointment very quickly. She asked me if I had a specific reason for wanting a massage & if I had any medical issues she should be aware of. I had a full 60 minute massage & Kelley wanted to make sure that the amount of pressure applied was comfortable for me & it was perfect. I will definitely return to her when I want another massage. Thank you Kelley for making my day!!

This wasn't the first massage I had over the years, but it is one of the best. However, it was the first massage I received from Kelley. Both my wife and I will definitely come back and on a regular bases.

I have been using this service continually since the early 1990s. Compared to other massages I have gotten over the years, this is the best. It is not superficial and she works on my problem areas because I have some medical problems. She tailors her work to what is needed at the appointment. I have been very happy and will continue to utilize the services.

Kelly is wonderful! My husband and I both go to her as regularly as we can and she always makes us feel like new people. We've been going to her for over a year and she always provides the best service, listens to your needs or concerns, and works with you to help you feel better. She's always been very professional, her office/massage area is always clean, and she's so very nice!
We recently took a week off work to work outside on our 4 acre property. By the 4th or 5th day, we were so sore that we picked up the phone and made an appointment with Kelly. Thank goodness; she's an angle!

Kelly's technique is a nice mixture of both swedish and deep massage and has a heated table which I absolutely love and I often end of falling asleep on her table! Kelly is very personable, and truly cares about her clients well being. I can't say enough about the Kneaded Touch, except once you go there, you surely will need her "Kneaded Touch" as often as you can!

When I first arrived, Kelly spent time talking to me about how I felt and what I hoped to accomplish. She was thorough and caring. After the massage, I was surprised that I felt noticeably better right away. In fact, the difference was remarkable and for the first time, I felt like I could get back to feeling like myself. Now I am going back weekly and plan to continue even after I feel better. I highly recommend The Kneaded Touch. The service is professional and personalized to your needs, and it works. The atmosphere is caring, friendly and very supportive.

I have injured my back while Active Duty. I go and see a massage therapist quite regularly. We are not solving the problem but she does keep the muscles loose. I have been going to her for years. Her clientele seems to be mostly with older women although I know she also sees men. It's not a feel good massage, it's massage with a purpose.
