I have never actually paid for a detailing before (usually do myself) but WOW. These guys did not miss a single crumb. The car looked showroom ready (well as much as an 11 year old car could be) . And the headlamps looked sparkly new. It may look a little pricey to someone who normally does their own but it is well worth it if you don't have time.

I made use of Tackett's Mill Car Wash. It was a car wash, towel dry and inside vacuuming. With the former owner their services was incredible, but now they have a new owner and it is totally different. I have been using them for ten years, but will not use them again. There was a bridge in their computer system and the undercarriage of my car did not get cleaned. I wanted them to take a dollar or so off the cost. The woman at the register said that she can not do that. She said she would get the manager. The manager (the owner) came out and said to me I had to take the car back. But I did not have time for that, because I had to see a client. He took my keys, got in my car, rolled my car back around and got in the line. There came a lot of cars in behind him and he said that he could not do anything about it. Basically he stole my car. He took it through there. When he put my car through, he ran it over the track. He had to back the car up again to get the wheels on the tracks of the automatic car wash. I had to call the police. Everybody in there saw it. The place was packed and every customer in there saw what he did. Under no circumstance would I ever take my car to that car wash again.

It went great. It took 3 hours, but they went over every inch of the car. They were willing to drop me off while my car was being serviced, so I didn't have to wait.

Overall, the cleaning was pretty good, It took longer to dry then the 3 hours the guy said it would. Also, the coffee stain in the front seat was still there and I had to get it out with spot shot myself. Not excellent by any means, at over $100 it should be excellent.

Went in for car wash and not thrilled with outcome. There are better car washes available now in Woodbridge.

We have taken our vehicles to this car wash for the past nine years or so, and have found it to be a good value with good service. We have used other car washes when necessary but came back to this one by choice. Although it changed hands, the current owner(s) have continued to exhibit their commitment to customer service, which is what kept us coming back from the beginning. When a spot was missed on any of our vehicles, they willingly did what was necessary to assure us of a satisfactory job. We have had some car detailing done, and that was thorough each time. We keep coming back and plan to do so unless a catastrophe occurs. Then we'll have to look at the circumstances.

We are frequent users of this car wash. The price is great and service is fast. We always leave a tip for the hard workers here. They do a great job. Sometimes the windows are a little hazy because of the cleaner they use, but overall it's a great value compared to the car washes at the gas station.
