Superior Property Management

I am an owner.  The ?service? that I received from Eileen DiGiovanna was abysmal.  She started by lying to my wife about when the carpets were professionally cleaned.  We wanted them to have two days to dry before our tenants moved in.  She put it off until the day before they moved in and then lied because she didn?t realize that my wife was still in town to verify it.  Then we had an intermittent water leak.  She ignored out tenants complaints for several months.  The first we heard about the issue was when the tenants called us to say that they were looking at taking legal action.  When her handyman finally looked at it he was unable to figure out what the problem was.  Shortly thereafter we fired her and got a new property manager who identified the problem and got it fixed in his first week on the job.  Eileen was also rude and unresponsive when I would call with questions or requests for service, and getting receipts for work done was like pulling teeth.
