I just pulled up, I didn't have an appointment and he fit me right in. It took about an hour or two hours at the most. I had contact with just one person.

It was expensive. They are reliable.

My daughter's family also takes their cars there. We just swear by Stan. They're very accommodating. He'll always make time for you. I will absolutely use them in the future.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and had my vehicle towed to their garage. Originally given a higher price, due to OME part cost of $70. Garage called us back and said they found an aftermarket one for $15.
All in all, no real complaints. The car is not overheating and my tire is not leaky. The work was performed adequately and in a timely manner. The fact that they found a cheaper part in order to save me money was greatly appreciated.
Will use again.

Everything cost me probably around $1000 which is an outstanding price for the services. There were no unexpected issues. I absolutely would use them again.

The best car repair in this area is Stan Rollison’s Automotive. They’re superb. Their rare auto mechanic says that there is nothing wrong with my car so why just I don’t go home. Stan has been doing my car for 10 or 12 years. He is also the type who would and did say to me that he is not going to fix it this time and it’s really done. He could have taken more my money. He didn’t charge me because he said that the car couldn’t be saved and just give up. I used them for routine maintenance and repairs for years. The current car I have is brand new so the first couple of services are freebies and then I’ll be back to Stan.

Thanks to Angie's List, I'd read several good reviews on Stan Rollison's..and decided to take the chance. It's hard to find a good Auto Shop that you can trust to do a good job at a quality price.
When I stopped by to have my car looked at...I was pleasantly surprised to find Stan himself sitting at the front desk who greeted me pleasantly. I explained the issue I was having...and Stan agreed to do a diagnostic check as soon as they could get to my vehicle..no later than the following morning. From my explaination of the problem, Stan already seemed to have a few ideas as to what the issues could be. As promised, the next day Stan phoned me with a diagnosis...and a recommendation on how I felt I should proceed; replacing all 3 sensors to prevent future problems. My car was fixed within the next 24-48 hours. When I returned to pick up my car, Stan gave me a discount based on a coupon he had that I wasn't even aware of...which I sincerely appreciated him "volunteering" to help me save money!
 
In addition to fixing the problem, Stan also pointed out 2 upcoming issues I should address on my car...and provided estimates for both.
I will absolutely return to Stan's in the future!

I have been using Stan for many years and although he is not the cheapest in town his work is impeccable, he is honest and he turns your car around in no time.  I have sent several of my friends to him as I trust that he does exactly what you ask him to and not another thing.

A great experience overall and I have made them my home town mechanic shop. They are very customer service oriented and aim to please. For example, Stan went on two test drives with me to ensure that my vehicle was running well. As a military man who recently moved to the area, I was very glad to find them on Angie's list and use their service. Highly recommended to others on the list.

They couldn't get emissions to pass day I took car in.  Called that same day to make suggestions and ask if could keep car another day.  Called next day to say car was ready, and they had gotten check engine light to go off, and it passed inspection and emissions after a few adjustments.  Service was courteous, explanations were complete about work done and parts necessary, work done in a timely manner.

What a great place!  We recently brought our Volvo in to determine the cause of the check engine light.  Not only did Stan pull the codes to find out the problems, but he printed out all of the documentation that we needed on what was causing the light to come on.  Turns out it's a recall that Volvo issued and is fixing.  A lot of places would have done the work themselves to make money, but not Stan. We absolutely would recommend this place, the customer service is some of the best we've seen.  Many thanks for your time and being a great businessman.

Did a good job and was satisfied with the price.  the only thing i can complain about is that they did not put the spare tire in the trunk securely.  When i got home i had to do it.

Not the most convenient location from our home, but we wouldn't take our cars anywhere else! Stan is honest, fair, and does great work every time.

If we have a recurring problem, Stan can be depended upon to research, and take care of the problem until it is corrected to our satisfaction. We highly recommend him for honesty, dependable service, fair prices and a job done as quickly as possible.

The appointment went well as always. He is very flexible and always able to fit me in when I need something repaired. He is a very kind man and his prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.
