When we had a home owner issues he came to see what is needed and completed the work in just a couple of days he had good workers. if there is any problems he listens.

I liked everything about their service; they were good. The owner was responsive, the workers were all very nice and they did a good job so we were satisfied; everything was good. I think their price was fair and the quality was good. They were splitting between two jobs, but they were mostly here. They came a little bit later than I thought but it was not a big deal.

Once of the guys didn't do something right but it was fixed. All in all, it was good.

They replaced windows in my house. They replaced 36 windows 2 screen doors and slam doors, painting, trim work, and some other minor work. They are a great company. I didn't have any problems with them. The workers are very good and he is very responsive.

I have used him before. He painted the exterior trim, repaired cracks in the front door, painted the living room, repaired the ceiling that had water damage and repaired some exterior brickwork. I would use him again in the future.

Great. His painters did spill paint on the carpet in the basement but the boss, Mario, nearly bent over backwards to ensure that the mistake was remedied immediately. Accidents happen, and they took every measure to compensate. The quality was great and we were very happy with the price as well.

Alex had a great cost-effective solution to our peeling white columns that other contractors hadn't considered--aluminum siding, which looks good and never has to be painted. The price was great, the finished product is great. The only negative part of the experience was that we had some delays (about one week) in getting the work done--mostly due to cold weather and the holiday season.

Solutions is a referral from a neighbor who had her hall bath remodeled last Spring. I was impressed with the result and cost. So when my hall bath needed some tile work done, I opted for a complete remodel. The owner, Alex Hamilton, prefers the homeowner to provide all the major fixtures (he can provide the tub if you want) and he would essentially provide a bid on the labor and incidental materials. He recommended a faucet website as the internet supplier and Kohler as the preferred brand but you can get your materials anywhere. He works with other companies. That works out well for us, because we can spend as much or as little on the fixtures and tile. He also recommended spending 50/50 on labor and materials for a decently equipped bathroom. The hall bath was a typical remodel, replacing everything that's there with new items and some extras. I added a light above the tub, added a wall bar and hand shower to the tub surround, and changed the single sink into dual sinks. The work was completed in four days. Any incidental additional work that needed doing (such as updating bath fan venting to meet code, moving the mirror higher to accommodate a taller vanity) was done without trying to charge me more. One hiccup was they got the wrong color caulk for the tub. Inexplicably they caulked one side of the tub and left it there instead of removing it right away. I asked Alex to fix it and they came back the following week. Some of the small details needed tidying up too. I had to adjust the drain lifters so they are all the way down when open (personal preference) and level a robe hook (just a bit crooked), nothing they wouldn't fix if I asked but it was easier for me to take care of and I knew how. The crew is legal immigrants but has a little problem with English. Sometimes I wasn't sure if they understood sufficiently what I was trying to tell them. Also, sometimes things I tell Alex didn't always get to the crew so they would show up not knowing what I needed done. Overall, I'm pleased with their work. Alex is easy to work with and is very accommodating in terms of fixing things to my liking.

Solutions were very professional. They were even good about giving cost statements and all. The work they did was beautiful and I was real happy with them overall.
