We recommend Slug-A-Bug. Been using them for over a decade now. They're extremely affordable and we don't have any bug problems.

I've been using them for a long time. They are going to treat a house for me this week. I like Slug, they are great, and Mike is great. I have constant work for him. The treatment time depends on what he is treating for. He'll come out and look at it. They normally come and look at the property. Then let me know what the issue is, how he needs to handle it, and what it's going to cost. They are always reasonable, and never expensive. I think for what they do, their price is a little less, and should be. They come right out. They will give me a call and let me know that they're on their way. I use them constantly.

They have great service and are very personable.

They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling.  They give you an hour window and they show up within the hour window.  We have a yearly agreement but if I have any problems they come out within the week and respray without any additional cost.  They are very customer friendly. 

We had been told by contractors doing other work that they suspected we had termites. We contacted Slug-a-Bug and got an appointment quickly. Mike from Slug-a-Bug came out exactly on time. He did a complete house inspection, found the area needing treatment and provided our options. We made our decision and he came out a couple days later to do the work requested. He was pleasant, punctual, and we would definitely use them again.

When we purchased or home several years ago, Slug-A-Bug had performed the termite inspection and subsequent repairs.  Because of the great job they did we contracted for their quarterly pest control and couldn't be happier.  There are so many positives, starting with the staff, who are always professional and just all around nice people.  As for pests, we don't have any, which is the main reason we have this service, it works.  I like that I don't need to be home or take a day off from work for them to perform the quarterly service.  On those annual termite inspections when they do need to come inside the home, they always work with my schedule and arrive on-time, so I don't miss work.  With any service you want it to work and you want it to be affordable, with Slug-A-Bug you get that and the added bonus of being a great group of people to work with.

Mike has always been very professional. I saw him doing work at a neighbor's home and inquired about his services. I have been very happy with the service and he is always reliable and punctual. Mike came out to do a termite inspection of my property that he had treated last year before we moved in (and still no new termites!). As well, he treated my shed for a cave cricket infestation. He was quick, thorough, professional - and very patient with my dog. The staff at the office who I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Slug-A-Bug to anyone.

We have been happy with them.  They do what they advertise and they are very good to work with.  We haven’t had a bug since.
