Sixpenny Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

They did a great job - technicians were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got other estimate and there’s was higher, but I think well worth it. Seeing everything they did, and researching average costs (e.g., on EPA website), I think they’re more upfront and realistic about costs in their estimate so. I surprises. Highly recommend.

They did honor the workmanship they did or the warranty written in the receipt. Also did avoid taking care of my issue after five days.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me informed as to when the technician would arrive. David the technician was very thorough and patient when he explained the results of the inspection. He was also the one to return and do the repair to the prefab fireplace panels. David did an excellent job with repair and clean up. He also explained the use and care of the unit as well. WIll definitely use Sixpenny in the future for maintenance of the fireplace.

Great front office staff and the same for the Technicians that cleaned our dryer ducts. Very good communication throughout the process. The price was a bit expensive but understandable as the Technicians jobs are very risky (tall houses with steep roofs required two Technicians).

The guys were very clean. They put tarps everywhere and cleaned up well.

We were told they needed the whole day n would be here at 8 am. We waited . Had no calls. Noonish we called n they came soon after. Within 3 hours they were done. Difficulty understanding one another due to Language difference. But work was good.
