This is definitely the most evil company I have ever trusted in my entire life. Parasitic, predatory liars. They do not communicate with your insurance company. They. put insurance info on the forms just so that when your insurance doesn't cover the work, you're financially responsible for the work even if you don't actually authorize it. They give the facade of being there to help when in reality they only care about extracting as much money from you as possible. In my case, they didn't even tell me that they were going to destroy my property by ripping out carpet, trim, doors, and drywall for no reason. They went in and destroyed my property without telling me and then tried to stick me with a $26,000 bill for work I didn't authorize. Everyone that works there is a liar. They especially target military and individuals with rental properties. Probably because they assume they have more money. In my case, I can't afford the bill but they don't care. They're literally taking away from my children's future for thier own greed. The work they billed me for $18,000 was quoted by another company for $7,500. I don't even understand how these people live with themselves. Absolute criminals. No morals whatsoever. In considering Servpro of Dale City, one encounters a disheartening void. This company, especially Colleen, is seemingly adrift in an ethical abyss, has raised concerns regarding its principles and actions. Simultaneously, there have been questions regarding their intellectual acumen and capacity for critical thinking. In this intersection of moral vacuity and potential intellectual shortcomings, it is vital for Servpro of Dale City to address these concerns and strive for a higher standard of integrity and competence.They are completely unprofessional and lack any ability to acknowledge their mistake and have an implicit bias to self-serving and predatory behavior. I implore all to avoid this poor reflection of all that is professional and take your business anywhere else.

They were awesome.  They were very thorough.  They were just very friendly and very professional.  The price ended up not being an issue for me because it was all covered and so I don’t remember how much it was.  The quality was very good.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

On July 9th, the shut-off valve in the master bathroom burst causing a flood in the bathroom, as well as in that portion of the laundry room that sits below it. We got the plumbing problem fixed within hours after it occurred, and while the plumber was working we called Servpro. They were very professional and helpful on the phone, instructing us to call our insurance company and assuring us that they would come to our house as soon as possible. They were true to their word, and two technicians arrived at our house in about two hours. They were very professional, explaining everything that needed to be done. Since it was an emergency, we did not get other estimates. Therefore, we do not know how their price compares to other companies that do this type of work. We were very pleased with their prompt response and the work that they performed. As a result of their services, we did not have any water damage.

They were quick to respond and gave us an estimate the same day I called. The day after they were at my house working. They were fantastic and the team worked well together. They were serious about their work.

They were very prompt, even showing up on New Years Eve day. They were very thorough and had good follow-up. We would use them in the future.

ServPro responded fairly quickly to what was an emergency situation. They told me what they could and couldn't do and delivered. I worked with three reps over several days: Barry, Paul, and Shane. They were professional and courteous.
