Sara's Cleaning Services Inc

This company came recommended by a friend who has been using them for 14 years.  The co-onwer and a cleaner came out and looked about the house, talked about what services they provided and gave me an estimate of $125/biweekly.  During this appointment, I was assured that they were bonded and insured.   We agreed to go forward and set up the cleaning date/time for every other Monday morning.  The initial cleaning and several subsequent cleanings were fine, however, the cleaners started stealing from me, first a black leather belt and then it escalated.  When I let the owners of the company know that I was missing jewelry, they took no ownership of the situation or made any attempt to make it right.  They returned my house key but I had the locks on my house changed.  A follow up letter asking for their business insurance information was answered with denials that they had my belongings.  A police report for larceny has been filed.
