 + 0 moreNOT DEPENDABLE - Eugene responded to a request for a quote and scheduled an estimate, which required me to take time off work. I texted him prior to the appointment to confirm and tried to call but he never responded. He finally answered at the end of the appointment window to say he would be more than an hour late, even though it was the first appointment of the day. He wanted me to reschedule at a time that was convenient for him. When he informed me of this on the call and I said it made me question his dependability, he told me he has plenty of business and "we do very well". Then he hung up on me. Eugene obviously thinks his time is more important than his clients' and is not dependable. Doesn't sound like he needs your business either.
