Excellent ease of scheduling, arrived on time, diagnosed issues quickly, provided reasonable estimate, repaired on-site to my complete satisfaction. From the pleasant lady on the phone to Rob's on-site professionalism and expertise to resolve the leaky system and water hammer noise. I'm a committed customer for over 20 years and highly recommend.

I called Rainmaker end on May 2020 with a sprinkler system that had not been turned on in 3 or 4 years. The next day Rob came out and got me system operational again. then setup a second appointment to replace 30 sprinkler heads June 11 that were 18 years old from the original sprinkler installation I received very good service at a reasonable price and would highly recommend Rain Maker

Technician arrived on time. Had 2 other companies come out on a service call which I paid a fee and did not fix the problem. This company checked out the system identified the problem immediately, fixed the problem and adjusted all heads at no charge. I have been looking for a Lawn Sprinkler Company like this for over 5 years. Good Work, Good Attitude and Goes beyond the call of duty. Went the extra mile.

The sprinkler system turn on went very well

It went GREAT! Part of me didn't want to post this review because these guys are totally AWESOME and I don't want to share, but because these guys are totally AWESOME it only seemed right that everyone should know. They are PROMPT, EFFICIENT, RELIABLE, HONEST, COMPETENT. What more could you ask for?

We were totally impressed. After carefull and professional assessment of current coverage (and lack thereof), Rob asked a lot of questions, assessed adequacy of tree and garden coverage, drainage patterns, and expertly made needed adjustments to avoid over/under coverage, including moving/adding heads, changing pressure, patterns, and extenders, and set up the rain sensor again (our batteries were dead!). Rob was friendly, punctual, and thoroughly professional....and made sure everything was set up for a successful spring and summer watering season. He invited us to call any time if coverage wasn't working. Highly recommend to customers who want their irrigation company to care about your lawn and gardens as much as you do.

Always professional and excellent work. From the nice lady that answers the phone, to the employees that come out to do the work, never had any issues, and always a pleasant experience. They are very reasonably priced, and very quick to answer service calls. Been using them for about 3 years now for winterization and maintenance when needed.

Robert is very detail-oriented, and spent over an hour with me, answering my questions and providing options, in order to develop an estimate.  His estimate was very reasonable, and I selected Rain Maker Irrigation, LLC, to install the 3-Zone irrigation system.  When the time came for installation, Robert and his team were punctual, efficient and very careful with everything that they did.  The system was installed exactly as promised, and when promised.  The install included a 5 year warranty on the rain sensor, sprinkler heads, and valves, a 3 year warranty on the timer and a 2 year warranty on workmanship.  The install also included a free rain sensor and free winterization.  The system works great, and I would highly recommend Robert and Rain Maker Irrigation to anyone who wants a professional installation from a quality company.

Our old irrigation services company quit servicing our area, so we used Angie's list to find a recommended company as a replacement.  Rain Maker Irrigation had good reviews so we gave them a try.  it is now safe to say that Rain Maker is now our go-to company for our sprinkler system.  They provided a quote for the service and stuck by it.  The service provider was very punctual and very knowledgeable about systems and provided me with info I had never learned from the company that installed the system.  Overall, just a very good experience and we highly recommend them.

Robert and his staff have always been very professional and reasonably priced, as this is the second time I've utilized their irrigation service.  Their attention to detail was far superior than what I've observed from other similar service providers.  Highly recommend you give them a chance to bid on your next job.
