I would recommend them. They did a good job, and they did it expeditiously. The quality of service was good.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job in all aspects of the jobs. Chris was very responsive to my call and came out the same day to give me estimates, then started the jobs within the next couple of days. When they said they would be here between 9:00 and 9:30 they were right on time. They came prepared to finish each job on the same day which they did. I needed one item corrected and Chris came out personally to saw a lock off the shed for which we had lost the key and to install a new latch. I would highly recommend him and his crew and will be using them again in the future. Also, he picked up the attic stairs from Home Depot and I was able to pay for it over the phone. I picked up some paint for the decks myself at home depot and he was able to get me his discount which I really appreciated. All in all a positive experience.

Professional Home Improvements. LLC was recommended by a coworker. I am very happy I contacted them. They offered a quote that was thousands of dollars less than competitors. Gregg Darr was very professional throughout the entire process. The only hitch had nothing to do with PHI. The shutter company sent the wrong colors, so it delayed installation by a couple weeks. All of the workers were very courteous and clean. There was no debris left around after they were done. I will definitely be contacting them again when I look to redo my bathrooms.

From the get-go, Chris was pleasant, professional and thorough. He and his folks showed up right on time, got the work done quickly, and did an outstanding job. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality, reasonably priced home repair work.

We were going on vacation and wanted to fit the work into the time we were gone. They worked with us to make that happen. We had previously had a few challenges with contractors who either never showed or failed to follow up so it was a relief when Chris came when promised to discuss the work, and followed up promptly with an estimate. He helped us determine what materials we needed, and provided wonderful suggestions that helped us finalize a few lingering decisions. Chris went over every detail to insure that he understood what we wanted since we wouldn't be around to oversee the work. He did contact us a couple of times when a question came up, which we appreciated. For example, our existing faucet did not fit the new vanity so we told Chris what we wanted and he picked out the perfect faucet. He was courteous, knowledgable, and responsive.
We had hardly left for our vacation when Chris and crew showed up to begin the work. They completed the work when they said they would, and it was done exactly as requested. The work was done very professionally and was reasonably priced and we were ecstatic with the results. We are planning additional work soon and are already talking with Chris about handling that as well. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would be equally willing to refer others to them.

I had a really horrible experience with him. He was a piece of work, I had to kick him out of my house. I got his business card when I was buying paint at the store. He wanted $2200 just to paint, remove vanity top, put in new lights and tiles. I got him down to $1800. I purchase everything so this was just a labor cost. The bathroom has a huge skylight up high. On day two he said he was done painting and I told him it was not satisfactory. I told him it needed a second coat because the original paint was still coming through. He said I did not pay for two coats and I said I bought enough paint because I figured it would take two coats. He said people like you, I can never please. I said people like me? and told him to get his things and get out of my house. He started texting me which was unprofessional. He was very rude. I had paid him the remainder the day before the blow up. His partner was very professional and excellent. I hired him to come back and finish the job and my daughter and I had to finish the painting. He took my old vanity and told me I had to replace the sink fixtures which were fine and I wanted to use them. Then he said he had already trashed it even though he had taken it for personal use. He had asked me for the money up front because he kept telling me about painting his car, which he did a great job with. He is a scam artist, manipulator, and a s*******. I would not use him ever. I have never met someone so rude and obnoxious as he was. He would tell me he was coming and then show up a few hours later.

Overall, great job.... got their when he said he would... finished a master bath renovation that another contactor would not finish, completed two more bath renovations, took out paneling and installed drywall, did some electrical work and did some custom chair railing and shadow boxing throughout house for me. Did a backsplash in my kitchen.

He did a great job. I had this same window repaired earlier by another company. That previous repair work was substandard because the window leaked again after strong rains. Chris showed up on time and completed all the work in approximately one hour. He explained why the previous exterior work was sub-par and showed me the caulking issues and the completed, repaired job. Have not had problems with the window since.
Only criticism would be the additional charge above the telephone quote he provided. He looked at the water stain on the drywall above the window and claimed it would be much more labor intensive (multiple hours) than he estimated and added $65 to that portion of the quote (total cost for the interior portion of the work would now be $150). I agreed, since his orignal quote was sight-unseen and the added time on the task should cost more anyway. I was disappointed to see the work on the interior only took ~15 minutes. I'm not sure how much more labor intensive that portion of the job was that drived the additional cost to his original quote. I just found it odd he bumped up his price estimate after looking at the job and the claimed additional labor involved still only resulted in 15 total minutes on that task.

Everything went extremely well. I honestlly have no complaints.

Outstanding professional and workmanship! Converted large upstairs closet area into washer/dryer, large closet and sitting room area….He did it all! Plumbing, gas, electric, framing, pocket door, drywall, paint etc.
