I went there to get an estimate this morning. I was told the technician was too busy. No suggested return date given or help with making an appointment. The lady at the front desk didn't seem too interested in having customers.

What follows pertains to the 525 Garrisonville Road location, in Stafford, VA.
Could not have been a more positive experience. Contrary of other reviews I have read, making an appointment could not have been easier. More importantly, the car was repaired superbly and ahead of schedule.
What set this experience apart was the level of personal attention I received from the entire staff, most notably Larry Kersey. As a result of the impact that resulted in the damage, and after the bumper was replaced, Larry had the car taken to a local Honda dealer (it would not start) to get the electrical system checked. Whe I asked what I owed him for that, his answer was simply "it's part of our service." He even had the car brought back after subsequent repairs were made, saving me the aggravation of schlepping up and down I-95.
He also amended the original paperwork for insurance company purposes. From that perspective, things could not have been easier.
Absolute first rate experience across the board.

The rear view mirror came off the windshield and left on the seat and some overspray way left on the windshield.

Fixed back to factory spec. Cost covered by insurance.

I liked the service at Professional Collision Centers. It was an accident, no one else's fault. They worked with the Insurance Company and it was a seamless process. They fixed the car and it looks great. You can't even tell that it was hit. I would say the price was probably reasonable. They dealt directly with the Insurance Company so I don't know exactly.

They did an execellent job, kept me appraised as to the progress and made all arrangements to meet my schedule and needs. They worked directly with my insurance company and made things very easy for me. I could not be happier.

It has a Geico office inside it and it is very convenient. I called them up and they scheduled an appointment for me, it was no problem. It was an easy deal. I got the car back in a couple days, they were timely.
