I had no problem with the company . The owner was reliable. Talked me through the process. Gave me an estimate and stuck with it. He even came out to help me with color choices since this was my first big project. The crew worked well. They were nice and courteous. Overall it went all really well. Excellent. Shawn's power washing and painting crews are exceptional. They are sticklers for detail and delivering a quality product. The power washing restored some pretty nasty (mold, mildew) areas to like-new condition on our 20 year old 5,000 square foot house. The painting was done incredibly professionally and the house looks brand new again. The 4 person painting crew was punctual, efficient and focused on delivering a top product. They cleaned up nicely after finishing. They have done several homes in my community and they came highly recommended. I would very much recommend them.

It was a very smooth process. The service writer got back to me right away to schedule an appointment for an estimate. We played telephone tag for a while after than, but once we were able to connected again, it was very smooth and efficient to get it scheduled. The men showed up and did an excellent job of cleaning the house and deck. The price was quoted for the job, and not by the hour (like some other companies investigated). The materials that they used left no unpleasant odor, nor did it damage any shurbs or plants.

Cost was the best of the 3 estimates obtained.

Power washing was done the first day and removed years' worth of dirt and old stain.  Technician worked several hours to get all the wood surfaces clean.

Next day, a crew of 4-6 spent the day completing the staining (we supplied the stain).  Everything that was not to be stained (like the sides of the house) were covered in plastic.  The staining was applied with a combination of spraying, rolling, and brushing.

The end result is great--all the wood surfaces look brand new. 

Precision Painting did excellent high-quality work at a very fair price.

A neighbor saw the work that had been done and also hired Precision Painting.  The work on the neighbor's fence was recently completed and it looks great, too.

I contacted Precision Painting and Powerwashing and they were very responsive. The company came out and looked at my townhouse. The owner emailed me a quote and was able to fit me in within the week of him coming out and giving me a quote. The finish product was great. I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

Outstanding service, high quality work, excellent finished product. We used them over the summer 2014 to power wash and seal three decks and for extensive interior painting in preparation to sell our house. Very professional and excellent customer care. We have used his services at least five times. This summer he did power washing on the deck and painted a screened in porch. His prices are very reasonable. The quality of his work is excellent. He has always been very reliable, trustworthy and clean. He is professional and a really nice guy. We have never had a problem when working with him. I have recommended him to others who have also liked him.

Was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew. The house is clad in western red cedar siding and was last stained in 2002. The work was accomplished in four days and was done neatly and cleanly. Couldn't be happier with the work.

They were excellent. My house was really dirty. I didn't realize it was dirty until they did part of it and I was watching it. It just brought everything back. I gave the guy a cheque and about a month later I got a bill in the mail saying that they were going to send me to collections if I didn't pay. That was the only negative thing I had to say about them. In 10 minutes I had a copy of the cheque that I sent to them without apologies. For new customers they could have called. They obviously received it. Their price was pretty comparable to other prices. They were very good. I chose to have the hot wax application and that made it a little bit more on the price.

Exterior was carpentry replairs done properly and new and existing wood was properly prepared and finished to meet requirments; clean-up also done professionally. Would use Shawn and Precision when, and if, exterior repair/repainting needed.

Shawn and his crew (no subcontracting) showed up on time each day and worked straight through. They were professional, answered any questions and stayed on budget. The estimate was quick and accurate. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

Only minor problem was weather-causeddelays (i.e., snowstorms; waqether unsuitable for painting) - not fault of Precision Painting; all empoyes professional, courteous and produced quality work. Affected areas were powerwashed, repairs/replacement of wood completed where required and necessary, and repainting performed in a timely manner; clean-up following work was more than satisfactory.
