Very well. Omar was prompt, neat, knowledgeable, courteous and a great problem solver for a complex sound and TV situation. Additionally he took the time to instruct us on proper usage of our Smart TV and features we did not know before.

Perfectly! Omar arrived a few minutes early. Worked carefully and quickly--but had time to explain and teach. Good teacher. He clearly knows his way around these systems. Someone in my house--probably me--pulled a cable out of the receiver a week later. He generously walked me though what needed to be done after making the diagnosis using video on What's App. He was patient and confident. He is my go-to man!

Omar Fikrine was terrific. He was very nice, did the job expeditiously, but thoroughly. And for a modest additional fee took a look at an issue I was having with streaming Netflix. I definitely would hire him again.

Omar and his team do wonderful work. We have used PerfectINS has done work for us at our previous home and we did not hesitate to hire them again. Omar works hard, listens to you, and the result is always to our satisfaction.

Omar immediately called me back and arranged a time to come by and provide a quote. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He made several good suggestions that we discussed and freely shared his technical expertise on the AV system operation. I had an estimate the same night. He arrived on time on the day of installation, mounted the TV, ran the conduit and cables, set up the remote system, patched the wall, set up an app on my phone allowing me to control the system remotely all with-in a 7 hour period. He was personable, polite, and shared his expertise freely throughout the session. I will use him again when I need AV support.

Omar did great work and made sure to cover everything with plastic to keep the house clean. The install went a little over the estimate because it took a little longer than anticipated, but it was worth a few extra bucks to have everything done right.

Pretty well. The phone works fine now. It does seem that the correct part was not used as the wire hangs in the wall instead of being a proper fixture.

It went very well. Omar is extremely competent, courteous, and professional. He was careful and meticulous in drilling the required holes and lines in my wall, and in moving the electric wiring / creating a new outlet. He vacuumed at each stage of work, so that my living room stayed clean and sawdust-free, and he cleaned thoroughly after the work was done. He also spackled the wall (free of charge), which is not something he ordinarily does. In addition, he drilled a new hole for my FIOS lines/wires from outside the house - which was not part of the original project scope. I would highly recommend Omar for any TV mounting/cable wiring project.

It went great. Omar is a real pro. He mounted a 75 inch TV, installed 11 in-wall/ceiling speakers, and moved all the components (receiver, TV, XBOX, PS4, etc) into a media closet so we have a nice clean look. He even came back a week later to fix a subwoofer cable that had a bad connector. Looks and sounds amazing. I've used him before, and would certainly use him again. It was a pretty big job. Two full days, major dry-wall surgery. Once he was finished I got it painted and it looks brand new. Couldn't be happier.

Omar did an excellent job mounting the TV, setting up the sound system, and organizing a lot of excess wiring around the living room.  He and his partner were very professional and efficient.  Highly recommend his services.

Omar was punctual and friendly. He quoted us up to 6 hours to run three cables. He was unable to run two yet still took about 3.5 hours to run that one cable- I thought that was odd. The patch work for the holes he created were mediocre.

In Sep-Dec developed problem of losing video on TV but not audio.  Went through long process of trying to determine if cable box or receiver was problem.  However, found that touching or slightly moving one cord or another would bring picture back for hour or so before having to do it again.  TV is mounted on wall connected by 25 ft HDMI through ceiling to component alcove above fireplace on adjacent wall.  Before my Angie's List days, six years ago contractor recommended and procured hi end directional $400 HDMI cable which contractor put in and charged me near $1200 for installation etc.  I travel a lot internationally and had difficult time finding window to try and deal with problem.  I made bad assumption that it could not be HDMI cable as it heavy duty and had worked for five plus years.  On 28 Dec returned home and could not restore video at all.  I also assumed that getting someone out to diagnose the problem and then fix it would take a week or more.
On 29 December went to Angie's list, and found Perfect Ins and called Omar Fikrine.  Called him, and described above problem.  He quickly said he could come out following day to see what the issue was.  On 28 Dec Omar arrived early morning, and within half hour determined it definitely was HDMI cable.  With holiday and weekend at hand, he said he could come out on 4 Jan, but I was going out of town that day for two weeks.  Set up for him to come on 19 Jan.  
Omar left new 25 ft HDMI cable in place on floor as interim fix.  He said I could go out and buy HDMI, but I DID NOT need hi end directional pricey cable.  This type of HDMI would be required if I was running signal over 70 ft or more with some type of commercial set up.  He then said he has good 25 ft HDMI cable for $40.  He recommended that he put two HDMI cables through ceiling with one as backup should unlikely have problem again.  He also recommended that I should take opportunity to run optical cable along side HDMI in event I upgrade to new TV which would require such for new features etc.  He gave me estimate of three cables for $120 and $200 installation through wall behind TV through ceiling to ceiling/backwall in alcove.  This included patching holes and plastering over.  I will do the painting.  Agreed (delightfully).
On 19 Jan Osmar and colleague Oscar showed up on time and proceeded with alacrity.  Very, very professional.  Appropriate ground cloths and equipment to get the job done well.  Omar showed me what he was doing at various intervals and made some important and good advice on being careful of wiring TV, speakers, receiver and cable box  Both these fellows have excellent inter personal skills and solid professional acumen/expertise.  
Note.  In removing old HDMI cable, they showed me that previous contractor had not supervised his men, and that they had cut holes through 2x4s too small with result that when they dragged HDMI cable through ceiling it had gotten hung up at one point and force pulling it through had stripped the heavy casing completely off and had damaged the inner sensitive hair sized wiring.
The price was right, the next day response was outstanding, and again, the professional and personal aspects were excellent.

I emailed Angie?s List to get some names of businesses providing this type of work.  I contacted Perfect-Ins that was on the list.  Omar came to my home and gave me an estimate.  I agreed to his terms; and he came at the designated time, ran the cables, and patched the holes that had to be cut to run the cables.  That night, I painted the wall, and he and his assistant returned the next day to install the
new receiver and move furniture back in place.  However, he could not get my DVD player to work.  He said that there was a problem with my DVD player. 
However, before buying another DVD player, I connected another business, that came out and determined that it was the terminal for the DVD input on the receiver that was defective.  So, I called Omar and told him what the problem was.  He said he would replace the receiver.  I called him a second time to determine when he would be coming with the new receiver.  He replaced the receiver with another brand and told me it was $40 more, but I did not have to pay the additional amount.  However, after researching the price for the new receiver, I determined it was in fact less expensive.  When I requested a refund for the difference, I was sent an email giving the price of the running of the cables as $500 and the cost of the receiver as $300.
All Omar did was run the cable and connect the receiver; he did no calibrating of my system.  I had to calibrate the speakers.

I am a very happy customer. This is the second time I've hired this company. They arrive on time, do great work, clean up, and charge reasonable rates.

We reached out to him to have the above listed jobs done. We were on an escalated time frame, as we were hosting a football-watching party. At first when we met with Omar, he mentioned that he is booked until after our party date and the only way he could do it was if he came on a weekend. Understanding the immediacy of our need, he agreed to come on a Saturday, the day before the event. I was a little nervous that he wouldn't be able to do all three jobs in one day but he assured me that he could.
In one day, he was able to do all jobs with exceptional skill and with a good friendly attitude. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the work Omar and his employee performed.  We recently moved into a house with no ethernet wiring (just one source data point installed by Verizon), and we asked Omar to run ethernet cables to several rooms throughout the house; bedrooms, family room, basement, etc.  We also had him add an electrical outlet and run a conduit for HDMI cables behind the TV mounted above the fireplace. He's knows exactly what he's doing, and where they did need to cut into the drywall, they did a very nice job of patching, so much so, that we hired them back to patch holes left by a previous contractor (they even matched the pattern in the textured ceiling).
