On Solid Ground Home Inspection

Our real estate agent hired Jerry for us and we are thrilled that she did. It saved us a possible life time of endless repairs and a draining bank account. His careful attention to detail and honest assessment of the home revealed that the sellers had done very little to properly maintain the home for 20 years. For example, we could not tell that the roof needed replacing from our lack of experience but Jerry could tell that not only was it very old and had double shingles but identified where vermin had entered, poor ventilation was located and possible mold growth.
Jerry told me to call or email him with any questions and I took him up on the offer. He seemed sincere and he was. I asked him to be very honest with me about what we were looking at in terms of cost to repair that house and without speaking directly about numbers he was able to guide me towards an estimated figure. It isn't his job to tell me to buy or not buy a home but an honest assessment of its condition.
Again, we are so relieved that we had such a competent and thorough inspection agent. I hope the folks that buy that house use Jerry too or have a BIG rainy day fund!

Jerry was very quick to respond during the Holiday season and worked

back out to the house to complete the inspection of an area that was not
