As above-- unfortunately the Fairfax County inspection process missed this as well. During the construction process some workers were closing the underlayment under the sun room without adding insulation. When I brought it to their attention they said they did not have any more insulation and had run out. The job was poorly supervised. The only man who attempted to manage the project left the company. Really a poor experience.
