I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I’ve used this company! They have proved to be very reliable and dependable, have come out each time with very short notice, and have solved the issue the same day every time. I’ve actually been opting to use them over the other companies that my home warranty provider sends out because they do a much better job in a timely manner and without all the hassle! Reid is amazing at his job and provides quality service that is appreciated. He always not only makes sure to explain what the problem is in layman’s terms (even drawing a picture of it if he has to!), but never tries to upsell or have you do anything that is unnecessary. Dave is also a true professional who makes sure your issues get taken care of quickly. I would definitely rate this company high on integrity which is so hard to find these days. I would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs and will always know who to call in the future if I want something fixed right!

BEWARE - Do NOT do business with this company. 7 months ago we had a garbage disposal replaced through our warranty company. Northern VA Plumbing Services never made our appointment and no one even called. I have the texts. They rescheduled, came out and in good faith we tipped the older gentleman $40 because it was around the holidays. Received a call today, at WORK, from the company manager threatening to put a lien on my home because they had not received their entire payment from the Home Service Club, which we went through. It was unbelievable to have this man try to intimidate me while I was at work for something we had no part of. We are seeking legal council. Real piece of work. DO NOT Recommend, something very fishy about how they do business. Considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Northern Virginia Plumbing Services just installed a new AO Smith Vertex high efficiency water heater in our house. Reid was our service technician and he did a great job throughout. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the old unit, helped tremendously to replace it under warranty and installed the new unit. He took the time at each step to explain the process and ensured the work was done to exacting standards. During the installation, he noted that our house water pressure was very high and he also installed a pressure reducing valve and gauge. He took great care in our house during the whole installation. Reid was very professional throughout, I highly recommend Northern Virginia Plumbing Services!
