Nina House Cleaning

She is extremely thorough, super nice, and professional. She tackled our home with fervor, and spent several hours cleaning top to bottom. She mentioned that subsequent cleanings would be $160 for our large home. Very trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend.

Nina Cleaning is an incredibly fast, affordable, and effective cleaning service! The realtor who was going to be showing my condo to rent out recommended I hire Ofelina (and quot;Ninaand quot; for short) to clean the unit before we put it on the rental market. He often hires her to get properties into top shape before showing. My condo definitely needed attention as I had lived there almost 20 years and am only okay at cleaning and probably didn't always get at it as often as I should have. I could not believe how fast and well Ofelina cleaned the condo! She is extremely cheerful and upbeat and blazingly efficient. I watched her trying to figure out how she could work so fast and yet get such good results but am not sure except that it has something to do with focus and good fast decisions about how much time to spend on each step. I wish I could duplicate the approach myself; it's impressive.
When she was finished, the unit looked as impeccable as a 60-year old condo with some original appliances can: it looked charming and very, very clean. The 50-year-old wall oven sparkled like it probably hasn't since the 1960's and certainly not in the 20 years I've been in the unit. I know from past attempts to clean it that I could have spent five times as long and it still wouldn't have looked as clean. She removed stains that I had assumed were permanent. She cleaned all the other appliances also better and faster than I ever have, so that everything looked spotless and fresh. She also zoomed through cleaning the old-style metal venetian blinds, somehow without spilling any water on the floor, and when she was done they looked terrific. She quickly bagged up anything that needed to be thrown out, checking with me first.
I was so impressed with the terrific results, especially at such a reasonable price. Ofelina is a person who clearly takes pride in doing a great job. I could not have been happier with her work and would definitely hire her again.
