They were nice, too. It was free. Repairs are free from Next Day Blinds. If I had to have them come out and take it down, they would charge you for that. But if you just take them down and bring it in, they fix it for nothing. They've done three, maybe, because the string is so thin, it breaks sometimes. I thought they were knowledgeable. They were very friendly, and they gave good customer service. It turned out really good the second time around. Very good interactions.
