They did a great job! Given some pet issues, we have a pet that has cancer and has been urinating on the carpet quite a bit, the cost was $298 to treat the whole carpet. The cost would have been probably half that without the special treatment. The gentlemen who came to out to the home was very nice. He really wanted to do the best job for us for the money. He was concerned that spot treatment wouldn't have worked and he was right. I had no problem with the cost. He was very courteous! We will definitely hire them again.
