Nationwide Carpet Cleaning

Used them about 7 years ago to have carpets professionally cleaned, and they did an excellent job.  Last month we purchased another property and converted our old property into a rental.  We used them last month to clean carpets on both properties and they did an excellent job again.  2 days before our tenant was to move in to the old property, I had suffered some water damage on the old property due to a pipe on a whole house humidifier being knocked out by a professional cleaning crew.  Called them and Tony was very responsive that night to do the flood restoration involving pulling the carpet and pad, drying them, and doing mold remediation.  I was supposed to meet him 2 days later when he pulled the equipment (requested a half-hour call before they finish).  The water damaged carpet was brand new and he mentioned he would repair some damaged seams when he put the carpet back.  I did receive his call but he said he was done and was leaving, so no chance of meeting up.

When I inspected the carpet, the damaged seam in one area was not completely repaired ( a seam of about two inches still existed), and the carpet under another doorway that was initially under the threshold was not properly tacked, with one corner not even tacked down under the threshold (in fact, the edge of the carpet was butchered).  Left a voice mail that same day but never got a call back.  Unfortunately the tenant has already moved in and I will probably have to call someone else to repair the carpet when the tenancy is over.

Their prices are great and Debbie was great to deal with. We used the a total of four times (3 carpet cleanings and one water damage) so you could say I was a repeat customer who would have gladly gave them referrals.  Was going to use them again for upholstery cleaning but not after the work done on putting the brand new carpet back.
