Nelson Moreno is one of the best painters in Northern Virginia.  This is the second time we use Moreno Construction LLC for our remodeling needs.  In 2010, we gutted and remodeled an Arlington condominium and used Moreno Construction to do demolition, base boards and crown molding, closet doors, and to paint the whole place.  In April 2013, we used Moreno Construction to paint our new house top to bottom.  Nelson Moreno is the owner, and personally oversees all the work.  He is always on time, provides estimates before he works, and will work with you if you feel anything costs too much.  He and his employees are very courteous, take care of the house they work in, and have never let us down.  I have also never had to ask Nelson to clean up after a job either.  A real professional.
