They were excellent. They were honest and very professional. The work was done in the timeframe specified and while the cost went up slightly, it was less expensive than others quoted for the same job. I plan to use them again in the future.

I set an appointment for 7:30. I arrive 15 minutes early ,and they were already open and ready for me. They had my appointment info on hand (an improvement from the other Midas I went to in the past).
It took about 35 minutes for their assessment. The technician brought in the paperwork and went over all the findings...no pressured upselling involved.
The entire process took about 5 hours (good thing i brought my kindle). The technician updated me regularly and showed me the rotors and drums after the resurfacing as well as the worn pads and shoes.
The technician's name was Crist (yep, that's spelled correctly), and if you have a Dodge, i recommend you take it to him.

It was a little more than an hour's job. They seem to be pretty honest. The price is what they say it is going to be and it takes the amount of time that they tell me it will take. They are probably more honest than most and they do a good job. The brake work was just over half of what another place told me it would be. I have pretty well settled on them to take my car to.
