Michaels had a sale ad for picture framing. I think it was frame one and get 50% off a second framing. I took two limited edition prints in that I needed framing.
Their staff was adequate in the store for handling my order and I didn't have to wait long to talk to a framer. Their framers are knowledgeable about selecting colors for mats and selecting frames that will compliment the prints. They were also very good at helping me keep my costs reasonable, as framing can be expensive.
Their estimate for the work was about 3 weeks and they called me when it was ready to be picked up. There was not delay in the time estimate.
I have used Michaels multiple times for framing. They do a good job, and are as skilled at the work as shops that specialize in picture framing. Their selection of frames was adequate for me to select appropriate frames for my prints.
I will take framing work again to them.

They are convenient and helpful. One of the workers actually helped me pick out a color matting that I wouldn't have found on my own, and that was good. The place is good. I have used another more expensive place and I thought that Michaels was definitely positive.
